HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
A step-by-step training manual is provided to a small group of 4-5 trial attorneys. The training lasts for six hours and is led by two trial psychologists. It’s applied training for using trial psychology to their specific case facts to resolve lingering, problematic issues so we all learn.
Topics
o What is trial psychology in the courtroom
o AI and jury selection
o How to develop a powerful and compelling theme
o Develop specific voir dire questions based on the case theme
o The correct way to conduct witness preparation
o Telling the jury WHY not HOW
o Effective use of timelines/calendars/photographs
o techniques available
o Breakout sessions with the attorneys to resolve their selected problems
o Attorneys then make a mini presentation in front of the group for feedback
Goal
Have the trial team learn and apply trial psychology techniques to a case of their choosing, and resolve it using the most sophisticated and newest trial strategies
